I'm usually at Kobo at least twice a week for dinner takeout. I usually have the small assorted sushi and a shrimp spring roll. The sushi is always tasty and exceptionally fresh. The spring rolls are fantastic, delicious and crispy. You wont go wrong eating at Kobo.

Everything about the Kobo is excellent - everything is fresh and authentically Japanese. Eating in is a pleasure as the location is quiet and relaxed with personal attention from the chef/owner when he is not busy. The take-out party trays are top quality as well.

A fantastic dining experiance. The food is always at the pinnacle of quality and the presentation is exceptional. The Lobster and Avocado hand roll is my personal favorite that seems to be bordering on an addiction. The Sushi is outstanding and should not be missed.
